Director of Sales Role and Responsibilities

  • Detailed technical understanding of PIAM, PAC’s and other Physical Security Identity Solutions
  • Detailed technical understanding of various physical security systems, devices and applications utilized in a SOC (Security Operations Center)
  • Ability to demonstrate product platform and applications capabilities, key business and technical differentiators. Pre-Sales technical understanding at the IT level is required
  • Managing sales process through various stages – prospect, qualify, quote, negotiate, book
  • Develop and propose clients as active and supportive references
  • Identify and actively communicate product enhancements to our Product team that will increase customer satisfaction/competitor differentiation

Qualifications

  • Director in this role will be required to have previously performed similar role/responsibilities in industry recognized company
  • Enterprise software/application product demonstration and sales
  • Validation of consistent sales quota achievement
  • Experience selling direct as well as through Channel partners – System Integrators, VAR’s, Managed Service Providers

Education and/or Experience 

  • University undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 5-years enterprise software/application sales
