Marketing Manager

Position Title: Marketing Manager

Office Location:  North America / US / Remote


Summary

The Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role. The right candidate will have experience as a marketing generalist and in creating, launching, and managing marketing campaigns to drive leads a B2B audience. Familiarity in the security industry and marketing software solutions and/or products to systems integrators, consultants, and end-users is preferred.

The Marketing Manager should have previous experience using social media (such as LinkedIn) to create awareness, managing content on the website, and leveraging SEO optimization to drive leads. Experience with graphic design, powerpoints, and video creation is highly beneficial.


The primary role, responsibilities and duties are:

  • Create and implement programs and campaigns for demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration
  • Drive marketing initiatives through digital marketing, website, tradeshows, events, collateral development, and advertising
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for white papers, collateral, sales tools, presentations, website content
  • Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing initiatives; deliver regular reports/dashboards including evaluation of KPIs
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and across all communication channels

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • High self-motivation with a sense of urgency
  • Adept at working in a matrixed environment
  • Works independently and with discretion in the creation and administration of various advanced projects as assigned
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas, and ease in including technical or industry terms within content for a variety of stakeholders

 Education and/or Experience         

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably in the services or security industry
