Ajay Jain

President and CEO

Ajay Jain is the President and CEO of Vector Flow, Inc. where he is responsible for setting the company’s vision and strategy along with managing the daily operations. Previously, Ajay was the President & CEO of Quantum Secure, Inc. which got acquired by Assa Abloy / HID Global (Stockholm: ASSAB) in 2015. Prior to founding Quantum Secure, Ajay founded Mokume Software, a real-time enterprise software company which was acquired by Versant Corp (Nasdaq: VSNT) in 2002. Earlier to this, Ajay co-founded MarketFirst Software, which was acquired by Pivotal (Nasdaq: PVTL). Ajay has a track record of building successful tech companies from scratch and holds a MBA from Santa Clara University, and a MS in Computer and Information Science from Clarkson University.

Vik Ghai

Vice President and CTO

Vik Ghai is Co-Founder of Vector Flow, Physical Security industry’s first Data-Driven Automation Platform. Vik has 20+ years of experience securing critical infrastructure in the US, EU, APAC, and Middle East. Vik has deployed security intelligence and automation solutions for global enterprises and US Government Agencies transforming their security whilst easing the lives of CxOs, and security practitioners. Vik has a successful track record creating enterprise-scale security platforms designed to solve both security and business problems.

Earlier Vik co-founded Quantum Secure, created the Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM) product category, generating 10 years of revenue growth while securing Most Important Places on Earth! Quantum Secure was acquired by Assa Abloy (STO: ASSA-B) and merged with HID Global. Prior to that, Vik co-founded Mokume Software (acquired by Versant), co-founded RapidReceipt, built technology solutions at BDM International (now Northrop Grumman), Checkpoint Systems, Smithkline Beecham (now part of GSK).

Vik is an Operating Committee Member of InfraGard San Francisco Bay Area Chapter (a partnership between the private sector and FBI) designed to expedite timely information sharing for Critical Infrastructure Protection. Vik earned MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Engineering from Drexel University.

Shailendra Sharma

VP Engineering and R&D

Shailendra (Sean) Sharma is responsible for leading the R&D & Engineering teams at Vector Flow. Previously, Sean was VP of Engineering at HID / Quantum Secure, Inc. for over 12 years. Prior to this, Sean had served in Nortel Networks and Lucent Technologies as their chief architect designing network convergence, management, performance, customer management and security products for tier-1 telecom and enterprise customers. He has a track record of turning next-generation research into viable products, and his work has led to patents in such diverse fields as Secure Mobile Network Management and Software Application Design. He was recipient of a Top Talent award from the CEO of Nortel Networks and drove product design initiatives recognized for Core Bell Labs Teamwork Award. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Applications.

Tina Huston

VP Customer Experience

Tina is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of building, integrating and supporting physical security systems. With more than 25 years in the industry, her experience spans from physical security product development to security operations. Tina’s career included nearly 13 years at Lawrence Livermore National Security where she managed all aspects of the physical security systems, including identity management, physical security, video, incident management, etc. She also spent more than 3 years at HID as VP of Professional services and 2 years as an independent security consultant. She is both an SME and a strong advocate for customer-driven solutions. Tina holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Nevada – Reno, an MBA from Pepperdine University, Professional Engineering License, and PMP certification.
